Well, I checked the image on my hard drive and it still has the layout files in it for some reason, but I just played it on the hard drive and subs popped up just fine... Really odd.
In case there is some mix up, I'll make you a disc copy off of my personal disc, which I just watched this afternoon and I know has subtitles.
