theres 20 years between eps 3 & 4, thats a lot of time for new ships to come be wheeled out of the production line, plus we dont know for sure what ships we are going to see in Ep3, it has been suggested we will see early prototypes of some Ep4 ships
Except that in the case of at least 2 of those ships, they were used IN the Clone Wars according to what I've read (Dreadnaught and War Frigate).
