I think it's quite clear that they removed the wall-lights to better match the set that was used for the pickups at the end of the shoot. All close-ups of Greedo except this one was pickups with a different set and a different set of Greedo-fingers compared to the Greedo we see in the original shoot with Ford in the wide-shots.
