It would be ironic if it turned out to be Marcia and had remained unchanged through all the SEs.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet (if it has it's probably been by me) but the rouged Wedge jogged my memory.
When Wedge says."One more pass" in the Hoth battle it doesn't sound much like Denis Lawson to these ears, to be honest when I could only listen to The Story Of ESB record to refresh my memory of the film (until it came out on video) I was so convinced that Carrie Fisher delivered the line that I imagined Leia was saying it from the base control centre while monitoring the battle.
Anyone else hear what I mean?

Now you mention it.
I'm hearing nothing but Lawsony goodness in that clip, nor have I ever heard anything remotely resembling a female voice in that scene in the 30 years I've been watching ESB.

Me too, it sounds like Wedge to me (though how he says 'pass' does sound a little camp), his voice matches the surrounding parts, a little speeded up

Anyone got The Story Of ESB version of the line to hand?
On second thoughts once heard it can't be unheard.
Moving this discussion over here.
There's a very easy way to compare the voice - listen to the way he says "Look at the size of that thing" at the start of the ANH battle. Definitely the same voice.
My outlook on life - we’re all on the Hindenburg anyway…no point fighting over the window seat.
Really? We are still talking about the voice? Really?
That's what happens when there's no news. The latest I've heard/seen is some stuff Ming has put over at Facebook. (go looky!)
If you could use Ian McDiarmid Saying Luke Skywalker to put in the hologram seen Look here Star Wars: A Musical Journey (Full)
Been there,and does work J
Ady, will you be using the lossless 6.1 DTS-HD MA track as a basis or will you be sticking to the laserdisc rips?

I think the bigger issue is this: why do we have another person using the negative1 posting style of inappropriate carriage returns?
NOW THERE ARE TWO OF THEM
Always two there are. A master, and an
apprentice.

Don't forget the apprentice's clone(s). :)
And the master's clones!
Actually, that's an EU question...There were plenty of Palpy-clones. What about Ani-clones?
*looks up 'carriage return'*
I still
Don't get it
(like that?)
Anyway, yeah, always a lot of them there are.
Maybe it's
a Haiku?

So you are going to mainly be using the Blu-rays for the revisit, cool. You said the color correction is done.the release this in may of next year.
One day we will have properly restored versions of the Original Unaltered Trilogy (OUT); or 1977, 1980, 1983 Theatrical released versions (Like 4K77,4K80 and 4K83); including Prequels. So that future generations can enjoy these historic films that changed cinema forever.

You load up the movie in your video editing program on your computer with a calibrated monitor and mess with the colors on each shot or each part of a shot until it looks right.

Pat, to help you out a bit more there are hundreds of video based tutorials out there to find. You just need to dive in and learn. What are you editing on? Most people here would recommend Vegas and Adobe After Effects. But I would just google: Color Correction for whatever editor your using. Normally you will yield results. Hope this helps.
And on a "back on topic" note.... Had a dream last night I thought was real. Ady has released Ep. V: Revisited way earlier than planned.... It was great... Until I woke up. DRAT! ;)
Hope things are going well for you, Ady.
