Having watched all of the cut scenes on this set, I can now confidently say that while I had a very good idea of how these scenes would have looked and sounded, there is no way I had seen them before (minus the scenes from the Behind the Magic CD-ROM) in a rare print, lost TV broadcast or bootleg VHS tape.
