EDIT: The author uses a set which has some kind of line on the screen during the Mynock scene in ESB. Other than that, no other anomalies exist to my knowledge.
I know that the Definitive Collection Laser Discs have been converted to DVD, but does anyone know if the ‘Last time to get the original versions’ Laser Discs have been converted to DVD? These are the ones with Vader, Stormtrooper and Yoda on the covers. If they have been, is there any difference in sound or picture quality? Since these were the last time the original versions were available, I thought the films had some restoration on picture and sound prior to the 97 Special Editions. I could be wrong.
