I think you missed my post just now about shortening the crawl.

I think we posted pretty close to the same time, but I saw your post as soon as I finished posting mine.  I think that's good.  I think those other scenes need shotenin' (shortenin' shortenin') but if I could only pick one, it would be the opening crawl.  I still think the VHS Fast-Forward would be good.
