I'd prefer Stoklasa, though :)
To be honest, I doubt you can compare them this way - Stoklasa and co. have just specialized on awkward comedy, while Wiseau really seems to be somewhat of a weirdo (but now a self-aware one).
I've read some actors who were in The Room were a bit creeped out by him... not sure how valid or relevant that is, I'm sure he's an okay guy though :D
