Pretty much agree with Bingowings on the cover art. Opinions of artistic competency aside, it would have made a lot more sense for Luke to be facing the audience with a spectral Anakin walking away. And that has nothing to do with my preference of the OT over the PT. That's looking at it from a "saga" point of view. Luke is walking in his father's footsteps (it's like poetry... they rhyme or whatever that "mission" was) or opposite past... symmetry... rhyming... blah, blah, blah. He's in his father's shadow. He could make the same bad choices, but instead he takes the opposite path. It's like poetry. They rhyme. Whatever.
