I love that the individual covers just have the names of the movies, not subtitles or supertitles or numbers. Just Star Wars, Empire, and Jedi.

EDIT: the 3 disc is better now.

Yeah, I don't really like the idea of the 3 disc cover much but since people were asking for it, I figured what the hell. I'm still working on something concerning the covers, which should be awesome if it works but it's something I want to try out in reality before I post it.

Something where the spines span across to form a larger picture?  I was leaning toward the 3 disc cover till I noticed it doesn't give the info the individual ones do (audio tracks), which is understandable since you have less room to work with.  Needless to say I am sticking with the individual ones (printing them now actually).

Sorry if this has been posted, but for those who prefer torrent sites, its up on isohunt.

It's already being seeded on the spleen.

Thanks for the art Harmy. I was one of those that made the request. I couldn't be bothered with three different covers and one case saves space.

I was already in the process of making my own trilogy cover before you posted this. Can I be a pain in the butt and ask what is the font you used on the spines of this and the individual covers?

I just finished downloading all of these and I have to say that they are amazing.  Thank you and everyone else for all of the hard work.  I know that I personally will always appreciate it.

I hate asking for anything when you have already provided so much, but I was wondering if there was any chance you could provide the DVD label art you posted, with the center filled in with the same art?  I know someone else brought it up in the last page.  For those who use Inkjet printable DVD+R's it definitely give it a more professional look.  If not its cool, just thought I'd ask.

Same here, except I love asking it. Asking it gives me such a thrill this nerd boner won't start going down at all until just before I ask it again.

That's 3 hours from now by the way, one full hour before I'd have to contact my nerd doctor.

I gotta hand it to you Harmy, i rented the OT blu-ray discs from Blockbuster (not buying them due to the usual bullshit additions/changes), just to compare the PQ to your discs.  All i have to say is i will never feel the need to buy these shit releases now that i have the despecialized versions in 720p.  Fine, fine work sir!

At first it bummed me out, the blu-ray set being the very first set of star wars on home video that i'm actually NOT purchasing.  I bought nearly every official release of the OT, the CED's, VHS's (3 times), Laser Disc (twice), and the DVD's (twice) (not to mention literally countless collectibles, t-shirts, action figures, posters, video games,  books, comics, board games, etc. i've made my contribution to Lucas's $3billion+ net worth).  As amazing as your set looks compared to the blu-ray discs, i won't be losing any sleep over it now.  Thanks again!

Of course, the sucker that i am, IF the UOT ever does get released on blu-ray or any future HD/Ultra-HD format, i'll surely buy them.  I just doubt it'll ever happen in my lifetime, as Lucas is handing his empire to his indoctrinated daughter.

So first time posting, but I've been following this thread for a while and let me just say that your video clips and pictures look amazing Harmy. It's what I remember watching growing up as a kid, but finally in a quality I can enjoy.

I post over at a few different forums, and to put it subtly, you are kind of our hero. It's really awesome stuff.

Anyways from what I've read, and what I understand, it seems like you have gone through a few different revisions (versions) trying to clean up all the stuff you missed along the way, but are currently working on a final, definitive version? I know this thread is just for ANH (I think) but have you finished the final versions on either ESB or RoTJ?

My only problem with enjoying them (aside from my sweet 14' computer) is it doesn't have a burner. I pm'd ROFLRICK who seemed like he had everything figured out with those awesome pics of the finished product on his bed, to see if he wouldn't mind making me a copy and sending them to me. As someone who posts on a few others forums, I know it's definitely bad etiquette to have your first post asking something of board regulars, but believe me I would more than do it myself if I had the means, or if there's a different way I'm just not seeing. If anyone can give me suggestions, or wouldn't mind making an extra copy, you honestly have no idea I would appreciate it.

Again, thank you for your awesome work Harmy. It certainly doesn't go unnoticed all over the internet.

Thanks guys.

Hi,  mattwaffles, welcome to the forum :-)

As to the new version of SW, given the current circumstances (I'm starting school again on monday) I'd give it about a month. There may be another version of ESB but that is still far away in the future for two reasons: A) I won't be starting it until after SW is done and it will take some time to make. B) I'm waiting for another preservation project to be finished, so that I can use it in my edit.

Sounds good harmy! I've got the Empire and Jedi dvd5s downloaded and holding up for the new anh. Can't wait to get it before the cold winter months....

I watched the first half of Star Wars the other night - very nice job sir!  I found two possible glitches, but I am guessing they are just parts where you had to slow down/speed up the video to match it with the audio, but figured I'd point them out just in case.

1. (42:52) Right before the "these aren't the droids you're looking for" line the video around the stormtroopers head and the background seemed somewhat choppy.

2. (50:00) Right when Han is about to shoot Greedo and says "yes, I bet you have" he tilts his head to his right - the motion of his head tilting seems choppy.

That's only a recommendation.  YMMV.

Could someone post the final version (or versions, if there are more than one) of the BD case cart? Only interested in BD-sized, not DVD?

Yes.

I'm looking for all of them, not just SW. I didn't see final Empire or Jedi covers in the first posts of their threads.

Hey guys, I successfully burned both Harmys Empire and ROTJ but am having a real hard time getting a successful burn from a New Hope. I've tried Imgburn and DVDfab to burn the files. I have used Imgburn to convert the files to an iso, and then burn it to disc in both DVDfab and Imgburn.  Every way I do it I find it locking up in the same spot when I watch it on my Blu-Ray player (just before Falcon comes out of hyperspace when Tarkin is convincing Vader to terminate Leah, prior to the tractor beam getting the Falcon). I should note that the disc will even pass verification in Imgburn. It only locks up during playback.

Any suggestions? Could it be the player, or is anyone else having this or similar problem?

Quick edit, posted this problem over at tehparadox too, guess when you copy it back here it takes the background color with it. Sorry.

Yeah,  no reason for that, just burn straight to disc like this:

Yeah followed those imgburn directions to the letter, worked great for Empire. I only converted the file to an ISO to see if I could pull it in to a different burning program for better results. Still no luck. I'm not sure what was causing the lock up during playback at that same spot on multiple burn attempts. I'm thinking its my Blu-ray player now. Again imgburn even verified the burn as being good. Guess next step is to hunt down my brothers Playstation and give it a try there. I could have a stack of good discs.
