OK, here is my argument with the GOUT vs. SE, vs. the PT. Your basic general starwars fan doesn't care too much for the GOUT, simply because there is no quality version available ( we all know the reason why ). The only quality version available is the Altered Original Trilogy ( the special editions ). They are the versions lucas has brainwashed so many people into accepting, and they are the versions that have all the new CG effects and the color "decorrections" that are supposed to update the look to better match the prequels. Just visit's all of those sites that hate us and see how much they don't care for the GOUT. They practically worship the Special Editions and the Prequels. The SE trilogy and the PT trilogy are being treated equally, but the GOUT has been shunned by most all of Lucas's brainwashed legion. This website ( Original Trilogy.com ) was created to bring together the Hardcore fans that grew up with the GOUT and petition Lucas into releasing a quality version of it, and although the prequel trilogy is promoted and discussed here, it's still not the main focus of this site, and it's definitely not as popular as the GOUT is here at OT.com.
