The group of people that would take the time to "vote with their wallet" is so small compared to the general buying public who thinks having Star Wars in HD is "pretty cool". That's all that matters.

While you may be right about our ultimate impact, I disagree that it's a waste of time. If we save a few people from spending their hard-earned money on something they would oppose if they knew the facts, then we will have made a few people's lives better. Also, the more people know about the preservation efforts out there, the more likely that THOSE efforts (such as Harmy's) will survive even if LFL never releases the OUT.
