I don't believe that the uncut version was ever shown in Finland. The scenes were cut from the negative before the film was released in theaters; why would an uncut version get sent to Finland, a country where a lot of movies were subjected to additional censorship until the last couple of decades? If Universal ever distributed the uncut version, it would have shown up in a less obscure country than Finland.
From the comments I read on some YouTube video once (which was taken down), I think the "uncut in Finland" rumor started because it was actually the standard version, without additional censorship by the Finnish censors, which aired on TV in Finland.
I don't think the deleted scenes have ever been seen by the public (except for test audiences back in 1988) - similar to The Black Cauldron deleted scenes, I think they're either destroyed, lost, or misplaced.
