I usually think that my Canon is probably a bit bigger than it actually is...

And I have levels- not that I really classify them (yet) but that even if I consider something to be 'canon', it's not always terribly relevant.

If someone wrote a short story (or comic (Star Wars Tales, maybe)) with a new scene of Han, Leia, Chewie and C3PO passing time on the Falcon on the way to the Lando system, and I liked it and it didn't contradict anything else I considered canon...  I might not throw it out of my "personal canon" but it wouldn't rank very high as far as "importance" or "relevancy".

Even so, here's what I consider canon personnaly like and watch/read/play.

Original Trilogy-

  • Star Wars Revisited hits about 10/12 cylinders for me.  If I wasn't so lazy/was more talented I'd make my own Revisited Reloaded and be 99% happy.
  • Adywan's ESB Theatrical (Until I can see ESB:R)
  • ??? Still not sure about a RotJ.  I've d/l'ed a couple and checked out a few less.

Books- (I read everything from Splinter of the Minds eye to something around Planet of Twilight.  I've read each of the PT novels and 1.2 of the Darth Bane books.  I used to consider a lot of more of them canon, but now I guess it would just be:)

  • Zahn Trilogy
  • Most of Jedi Academy Trilogy
  • Children of the Jedi (maybe?  I only read this once when it came out, but I recall enjoying it)
  • The first several Young Jedi Knights books (again- haven't read in ages, but I recall these being surprisingly good, considering the author (we hates the KJA, we hates THEM!) and the subject matter.  But they're far enough removed from the core characters that I don't really care one way or another.  See my earlier note on relevancy.)
  • Maybe 25% or less of The Courtship of Princess Leia.  As if it's a really poorly written tabloid version of it or something.

(Yet to read, but looking forward to them:)

  • Hand of Thrawn Duology
  • Survivor's Quest

Comics-

  • 75% of Dark Empire
  • 50% of Dark Empire II
  • 10% of Empire's End
  • 100% of Tales of the Jedi, Freedon Nadd
  • 90% of Dark Lords of the Sith
  • 70% of Sith War
  • 50% of Golden Age of/Fall of the Sith Empire
  • 70% of Redemption
  • 99% of Legacy, Legacy War
  • 90% of Mara Jade, Union
  • ~% of the X-Wing books (I guess)
  • 1% of the Star Wars Tales

I didn't completely hate the KotOR books, and I read the whole series.  I'm tempted to throw it on this list, but nah...  I've only read a little Empire/Rebellion and they've never really felt like must reads to me.

Games- (This is harder.  The above are all "story" media, whereas this is something differnent.  I really enjoyed the act of playing both Force Unleashed games, but I wouldn't ever consider their stories canon)

  • 100% Dark Forces
  • 50% Jedi Knight
  • 60% Jedi Outcast

I guess the rest either weren't trying to have their own continuity (Battlefront, X-Wing, Super Star Wars, etc...) or had such terrible stories (Rebel Assault, etc...) or had nice stories, but they just don't fit (Force Unleashed).
