So I know a girl at my school who says that all music from before 1998 is "gay". I replied, saying "well, that's a very broad generalization". She didn't care. Even worse, she only likes pop and rap. I asked her what's so good about this era, and she said that it was because they were young, they sang about things and stuff that you don't have to think too much about, and that, the autotune that puts them on key is great because "now they all sound the same". And she likes it that way.
She also said that old music sucks because "people's voices were too different and they were ugly".
