Multiverses annoy me. I don't wanna have to get into the mindset of, "okay, now in this universe, Anakin is a Rodian smuggler from Nar Shaddaa. I just have to forget everything I know about the other Anakin in the other universe who is a human Jedi from Tatooine."

I think that's why I don't read comics. Over here we have a Spiderman who has taken over for a dead Peter Parker, but wait, Peter Parker is still alive in this other universe, so it doesn't really matter. It's just confusing and annoying. Do one timeline and stick with it. If you have to make "what if" things, do a one-off piece like with Infinities so I can ignore it.
