This thread is for talk about Lost in Space. We can talk about all three facets: The awesome TV show, the awesome (or awful, if you will) Bruce Broughton Concert/Robot Demonstration/Light Show (I know there's a better word to describe it, but I just can't seem to place it...), and the awful '04 unsold pilot (David Robinson? Baby Penny? No Smith?).
To start off, my first exposure to Lost in Space was a computer game tie-in for the movie (I was a child then). After a few years of playing that, I ended up seeing the movie on DVD. I wasn't as interested in the characters as I was in the Robot. I hated the Big Blue version, and I cheered at the first sight of the Rebuilt version (The rebuilt version was the one that starred in the computer game I played). The only thing that kept me watching the movie was the sight of that robot.
After that, I got the first season of Lost in Space on DVD. At first, the sight of the different characters was... unsettling. But I got used to it, and now it's a great show! But, since then, I only got the second volume of the third season, as well as the movie on Blu-Ray. I still don't own any of the second season, or even the first volume of the third season. >:( Oh, well...
