In all seriousness though, I think GL will be pretty much completely done with the films soon, after all they do want to move Star Wars to TV soon and they can't do that by spending all their time "tweaking" the six movies.

Isn't Star Wars aired on TV in america? Over here, in Brazil, the original trilogy (SE) and the prequels are aired on cable sometimes. A New Hope SE was broadcast on an open network about a month ago...

On occasion you will see it broadcast on cable movie channels or on TBS or USA.

I think that will be changing very soon and not to mention, like I said, you can't make any kind of TV series when you are constantly doing things with the 6 movies.

It will change, but not until Lucas is able to elicit the largest TV broadcast contract in history. That alone may scare off several networks.
