Could it be that you only saw the Biggs scene in the 70mm Sacramento screening? I only ask because what if the 70mm indeed did have a few differences like in ESB which have been reported over the years- this, grappling hook, etc. If it were only the 70mm versions, it would explain why these never showed up on the theatrical bootlegs.

I find it odd that I remember the Biggs scene this way too but all I've seen are VHS tapes. Hmm. I might have to go rewatch them all some day.

It would be truly wonderful to get a transfer of this but it would also be something LFL would crack down on immediately.
