If it was a painting no one would have batted an eye, but it's CG and the guys says "look CG!" and acts like he's made some kind of wry observation.
EDIT: On second glace, seriously, IS that a painting?
I don't think that's the point he's making (about CGI). It is a painting (i think), but it also DEFINATELY looks like the adds you used to see for combat flight sims back in their heyday, which then implies it's just a silver screen video game (which remains yet to be seen, but wouldn't surprise me...).
