Cutter do you remember Eastern Germany's anthem? I think it (both its "tender" and its "epic" parts) might be a good base for an Anakin/ObiWan theme (if you are still open to change it), or any other "heroic" motiv you want/need to do; it has some kind of solemnity that makes me think of what we imagined the Jedis were when you see just the OT.
