I sure hope STAR WARS was in that Sony warehouse with that rubbish dts hd master crap audio burnt to a total crisp!
I couldn’t care less about STAR WARS anymore on SadRay disc!

So now Vader's saber is purplish color, though not a solid purple like Mace Windu's saber. How is that an improvement over bubblegum pink?
The deleted scenes and documentaries i do want. But i don't want the special editions the ruined versions from 2004 even further ruined or the prequels.
I do want the oot and the 1997 special edition, but would settle for just the oot.
I would even be fine with just Lucas scanning his technicolor print of sw 77 and releasing it barebones with no extras except the 3 sound mixes.
As for empire and jedi there are no dye transfer prints so i am not so sure what the best quality existing prints are.

Oh come on guys, we all know thats not only an amazing example of the language of cinema, but more importantly a ground breaking special effect that is so convincing in its photo-realism that any well established director would be proud of it. More importantly, although the effect is so seamless and realistic, its the story at this point of the film that is the major breakthru, both in its majesty as well as its portrayal of two believable indivduals coming together over a common love for one another, so its a double win, no denying that.

Their is now a new 1080p version of the trailer on the star wars blu-ray site and on the star wars youtube channel. The purple / pinkish to the red sabers had to do with compression problems with the yahoo trailer. The one shown on the youtube channel and the official blu ray site looks much better.

That looks pretty much the same as the yahoo trailer, Ken. Ken, can i ask you something? If this is an accurate representation of the colors in the blu ray would it bother you, i know you are buying it, i mean wouldn't you be bothered by this? I know i would if it is what the blu rays are going to look like.
