I wouldn't say it's art, but I hereby donate this to the greenpenguino gallery in the interest of maximum public exposure.

Duracell, those are seriously fantastic

Yeah, very cool! Has a nice 60's pop art feel to it.

Thanks, both of you. My style was partly influenced by the art of Ted Harrison. Here are some examples of his art.

Taken off our front porch I believe during a series of wildfires hundreds of miles away. For reference, I live somewhere in the vicinity of Los Angeles.

I used to take a lot of pictures of the sky. Anybody with a camera could take a few that were pretty decent.

I'm more the photoshop guy. I made a lot of DVD-Covers, and here's the one I'm most proud of, because I took three posters and merged them to one:

Actually, I like your work better.

"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas

Are you asking me if I made it....

....or you think it's ugly?

 (Edited)

No, I didn't make it.

It's a painting from the 1500's. I got to see it when I visited Windsor Castle in England.

That's awesome DAYV!

I visited the Buffalo Bill museum in Cody, Wyoming the other day. It had an art wing. Here are a couple of my favorites.

Hey all, anyone here know the name of this Salvador Dali painting?

BTW Ripplin, you should consider putting NSFW in the thread title in case there are any bosses out there who can't tell the difference between art and porn. ;-)

But that would defeat the purpose.
