Last time I read anything about figures and their worth, the 2 most expensive vintage action figures were:

$2500 for one of the 8 unpainted Rocket-firing Boba Fetts that were made for "production". I've seen pictures of them, plus a number of prototypes made. ToysRGus

$1500 for the also very rare Vinyl-clad Jawa.
