I would have liked to see George's original plan of having the big battle take place on Kashyyyk with Wookies. And I think it would have been cool to see more verticle fighting among the trees. How cool would it be to see a group fight to gain the high ground by actually climbing multi-kilometer high trees, struggling every step (grasp?) of the way? With that, I felt the Wookiee battle in Ep III was a bit of a letdown, as I always envisioned the Wookies high in the sky, never coming close to the surface of their planet.
