I have analyzed the footage released on the german site. Actually I wanted to release some comparison pics (see below) regarding quality/colors. But I found two most interesting screenshots - movie frames. The first one further indicate that Episode II seems to get a recut in the final fight between dooku and yoda. There is a frame there which is not on the DVD. And there is an Episode 3 frame from the Kenobi/Darth Vader Duel that is not there on the DVD as well.

Another info for the german fans. The german blu-ray trailer indicates no new synchronization, that's good news at least.
It was obviously a hyperbole, but why, it's true - if you're posting something serious and people start pointing fingers and laughing, you'll put them into place rather than whining about how you're treated.
What do religious people do when they don't like someone ridiculing them? "Show respect".
What do scientists do? Show you a bunch of facts, how verified their data is, and how familiar technology wouldn't exist without it.

Adywan I know I sometimes do say the say things over and over again but I don't mean to. The blu-rays of the star wars saga will be great when they come out. And complaining about the errors / flaws is not going to do much good.

May I just say that the contention on this board is getting ridiculous? I mean, I really enjoy Star Wars. But on the other hand, I have a job, a wife, three children, I will be going back to school soon, and I have ecclesiastical responsibilities. I enjoy other films, read books, spend time with friends, etc. As much as I love Star Wars, and I assure you it is no small love, I seem to be able to keep the perspective that it is...just a series of movies!

Also, let me add that I am a stickler for grammar and spelling. I certainly make errors too, but I almost always catch the multitudinous mistakes that so many who post here make. I think it is unwise to criticize others of sounding ignorant because of such mistakes, as I know many intelligent people who make language errors, there are patrons here whose first language is not English, and those who criticize make quite a few silly mistakes of their own.

I feel like I'm picking on twooffour a lot, but I continue to notice that he often seems to be in the heat of these angry conversations. I wish that I could come here, read where I see a new post, and not have to sift through a bunch of worthless arguments over a fictional movie series that we all enjoy.
To keep things on topic, I look forward to to Blu-ray release, though I doubt I will be getting it right away. I'm thrilled about the deleted scenes, and I would not mind a high-definition release of the films, even if they are the SEs. Sure, they have many silly additions, but some things I do enjoy. And my opinion is just as valid as anyone else's.

If the OOT were to be released, you wouldn't see nearly as many people here upset about the SE. The major complaint is that the SE has REPLACED the OOT.

This, on the other hand, was the quote of the year. Although I believe the "gramer" was 2/4's notorious "IRONY" or "SARCASM" or whatever he wants to "call" it.
I understand the purpose of this site, and that most here feel passionate about the OOT. I agree that it would be nice to get a good release, though I don't feel so passionate as most here. I was simply trying to keep my post on-topic as well as point out that these arguments are getting kind of ridiculous.
On the other hand, if I can get the approval of Frink for my comments, then I know I must have said something funny. I didn't even start on how dumb the "wall of logic" crap sounds. But he's got a point that a person gets respect here or anywhere by earning it, not demanding it. It's just funny that he seems to be disliked by and large, so I don't know what high horse he's riding.
