Puss came listed at 500GB but I think there must be some sort of fault. The CAT-5 connection seems to be compatible but there is a loud noise and sparks shoot off his whiskers as soon as I plug in the power adapter.

I figured that to presume it was a friendly greeting and respond "in kind" would briefly "stroke" my EGO and "flush" out the TRUE MEANING. Plus reference! That's more interesting than saying ""WHUT?"" LOL, NO? Now if only I could have "said" the SAME THING but made it SEVEN times "longer" I could NEVER be WONG!

"Puss" is the first cat I have owned since I was twelve or so, so I wouldn't say I have that much cat experience. But I think he is weird. Here are some examples:
He doesn't like milk.
He doesn't like chocolate.
He prefers cat biscuits to meat.
He often eats and drinks with his paws.
He loves chili powder, pepper steak sauce, and other spicy foods.
He tries to eat toothpaste and breath mints.
He tries to lick deodorant.
He tries to lick B.O.
He tries to eat ear wax out of your ear.
He doesn't care if you touch his nose.
He doesn't care if you hold his back feet.
He likes being put in a box.
He has to get his paws wet and rub them on the ground before he drinks.
Are most of these normal or is my cat a weirdo?

Yeah I think that is the weirdest. He doesn't have to, because half the time he scoops up water and drinks it from his paw. But when he decides to drink straight from the bowl, he splashes some water around and then rubs each paw up and down on the ground like he is wiping his feet. It is like some crazy throwback behaviour from his ancestors drinking on river banks or something.
My sister's cat does the same thing. She won't drink out of her bowl unless she's stuck her paw in it first. I have no idea if she's testing it for something or if she's just a weirdo.
Letting you touch her face and paws is good though, that's a sign of a friendly cat. And my cat sleeps in boxes constantly - we have a box with a towel in it that he prefers to any bed in the house.
Well that's something. Does she wet both feet and do a wiping feet/bull about to charge type thing? Because that's definitely the weirdest part.
Hahahaha no, this is more of a "I better make sure there's actually water in here before I start drinking and realize there's nothing in here - then I'll look like a fool!" maneuver.
