The UK version was cancelled. But somehow the crappy, poorly written and acted US kockoff really cranked in the rating and has been a phenomenal success. The studio has already signed a 15 season contract with the main cast members, and there are rumor that they are already considering renewing those contracts for an additional 27 seasons.
