I have to say personally I find this situation quite ironic. Lucas being deprived of something he feels he has a right to by the law which says he doesn't own it, sound familiar?Puggo - Jar Jar's Yoda said:

While I have no love for either party in this case, I cant help but feel if George had contracted Aiensworth properly in the first place instead of using a hand-shake agreement he wouldn't be in this mess now would he?
