I love that song! What isn't to like about it? It is about a butcher who really likes cutting up meat. It is a song about a fellow who really enjoys and takes pride in his profession. I guess the part where he steals the old widows meat (from her fridge, I assume) and starts chopping it was a bit weird I guess (always hate to hear about elderly widows being taken advantage of), but for the most part it is a rather nice and positive song.
