C3PX:X-Files: I Want to Believe
I actually really enjoyed it. For some reason I didn't think much of it when I saw it just after it came out.
Last time I saw it I hadn't seen past season six of the TV series, so it was nice knowing more about the context of Mulder and Scully's situation this time through.
Crap. Are you telling me I'll have to watch it again and that I might actually like it if/when I watch the T-1000 seasons?
No, you don't have to watch it again. But yeah, if you didn't like it the first time I'd encourage a second viewing. Especially after you've watched the whole series, if you are watching the whole series.
The main thing I remember about the movie was the "Can you believe an idiot like George W Bush is our president?!?!?" joke that was a little late to the party. Cutting edge humor there, Chris Carter. And quite bold and daring if I must say so myself.
I now own the whole series. Since they were so expensive when they were first released (>$100/season) I just had to grab all of the seasons when they were $15 per. Maybe I'll actually get around to watching them seriously once I cancel the ol' netflix. I've seen all of seasons 3-6, and most of 1-2 and I think practically none of 7-9. I imagine there was a quality drop after 6, but I'm still looking forward to cathing up with it some day.
