I don't think they do. I 'shopped it. I gave up trying to find one after I nearly reached the end of the internet looking for a company that makes them.

I was browsing the PS3 games at Gamestop one day (PS3 uses the same size case as BDs only transparent and thicker, you probably know that), and noticed a game in a black case, so some do exist. It was made out of cheap plastic though, had no BD logo, and was textured and not smooth. Didn't look very good, the fake one in your picture looks great though; hope they eventually make some that color with the logo.
