Does the "stupid American advertisement speech manner" have a name?

Just been wondering, there's a particular distinctive speech manner (in terms of intonations) frequently heard in American game advertisements, comedy trailers and so forth, and it's often parodied.
It's a sort of dumb-sounding, lighthearted drawl.
