As far as I'm concerned, Moth3r was being the douche.

Instead of replying to the post, he chose to be a pedantic ass and view my added photo as an "image only post".

You broke the forum rules.  First time, he warned you by asking you to explain exactly how you hadn't broke the forum rules.  Instead of explaining, you broke the rules again, so of course he banned you.

Did you even know who you were talking to?
