Yeah, not to mention that the little gravity there would be would be towards the centre of the asteroid and therefore the way the slug is positioned, deeper into the slugs innards, so they couldn't walk around like that - the moment they would set foot outside Falcon's artificial gravity field, they'd start falling towards the slug's "other" end ;-)
