I thought of something I liked! Wowee!

The pods. Not the pod race or the pod racers, but the pods themselves were really cool. Great designs on each one, great sound design, and very cool idea to make them like chariots. I like how each one looked like it was built from scratch to suit the individual pilots. And the use of real world parts made them much more believable than the CGI vehicles later in the PT. I also felt they were just about the only things that looked like Star Wars. Though it would have been so much better if instead of a NASCAR like event it had been more like an illegal drag race. Also would have been better if the film didn't spend so much time focusing on the race and how great a pilot Anikin was and how he could use the Force to help him out only to latter have him accidentally fly the spaceship then accidentally fly into the big space station and accidentally fire the missiles which accidentally miss his intended targets and just by dumb-ass luck hit the one thing that blows the whole thing up. yeeesh. Why spend all that time establishing facts that aren't used when needed?
