I could watch this continuity flaw for hours. The guy sticks his right arm into the computer screen but slaps the other guy with his left arm. It's driving me crazy! It doesn't make sense!

See what slaps the individual is a quantum duplicated double version going through the interspatial portal. Due to the visual reflection of ye olde CRT monitor screen the quantum duplication process compensates by creating a mirror image of the object in question. If however the individuals were using LCD or, any such monitor with little or no reflection the compensation effect wouldn't have to occur.
