But the whole Sideshow Bob trying to kill Bart has become a little bit silly after a while.

It did get a bit old after a while, but I forgive them due to the genius that is the Cape Fear spoof episode.

When I get called to the bar, I'm getting a Lionel Hutz figure for my office.

Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

You might wanna buy that now as the Simpsons figure line is being discontinued. May be rare.

Yeah, they've effectively run out of ideas for figures. Well, big name characters that is. The last several lines have been major variants or some of the most obscure characters ever. The only really cool fig in the last five lines has been Stephen Hawking.

You mean... there's a Stephen Hawking action figure?!

Yep. Comes with his wheelchair and it has a boxing glove on the front and a propeller on top. Very friggin' cool figure. One of the best of the Simpsons line. He's the only figure of a celebrity they made. Playmates had made a decision not to make figures of celebrities that appeared on the show (only if they're not playing themselves do they get a figure). So no Mark Hamill or Leonard Nimoy, et al. However, Stephen Hawking contacted Playmates and asked if they would do it. They said, why not.

LOL that dosen't sound something the most brilliant mind in the world today would do, ask for a toy companie to do a toy out of his cartoon appearence. But I'd like to own one of those...

Yes, but how is appearing in the cartoon in the first place something that you'd expect from "the most brilliant mind in the world today"? Why not milk it for all it's worth? If nothing else, he gains a whole new audience and can ideally enlighten them as well.

He was always on the madness side of the line. But it's a good-hearted madness, not a "killing spree" madness. He's a great person. He's only horribly mad, and self-destructive when it comes to filming.

It could be argued that it's a killing spree. He's killing all of our childhood memories. He's killing our hopes and dreams of owning the OT on DVD in its real version. He's killing our respect for him. Not like we're dead or anything, but it's a type of "killing", per se.

God's not fair, not fair at all. Cristopher Reeve is doomned to a wheelchair, and Georgie Lucas is walking and jumping and directing and ruinning childhoods...

And he's doing all you said with more malice than Vader in the Jedi Purge.

quite music very classical and imperial. something similar to the russian anthum playin in the background

pali looking out at the city scape of curocant.

palpatine: a new day has come the dark side of the force will rule the galaxy and the jedi will be nothing but memory. they underestimated the power of the dark side and now they will DIE. isnt that correct my friend.
as paplatine is giving the speech above show scenes of the construction of SDs and the jedi purge. as welll as scene were some of the jedi are fleeing e.g. ben landing on tatoonie with luke, and bale with leia and yoda on dagobah. merge back to pali then have him ask the question and vader walks out from the shadows.

shift to credits. with a strong mixed version of the immperial theme and a very strong russian imperal music with lots of barotones and tubas and the realyl big drums thingys.

Damn Shimraa....that sounds pretty good! I just hope that they give some information about why ben takes luke tatoonie, bale takes leia to alderan and yoda goes to dagobah. One can wish...

Last night I dreamed that I was watching episode 3. Man, maybe I should take some time and cut anything SW related for a while, I'm strating to lose my mind. About the dream: I don't remember much of it, only that somehow I've missed the SW logo and the initial opening scroll because I was looking back at the time it was shown, and ended up hating the movie, being very disapointed with it. Don't remember the movie so well, only a few "scenes", but it was very Felini-esque, with people I know in the film. That's it, I'm finally completly insane.
