Puggo's Stjärnornas Krig:

So that's two 16mm and two boots with alternating credit versions.

Need to ask Puggo if he's got an idea of release dates of these 16mm as that's a clue for when the change might have occurred.  What maybe a year between the US and the Swedish translated 16mm releases?
