Found in the second half of this medley.

It was basically used to signify an Imperial presence in the first Star Wars film (as the Imperial March hadn't been written yet).

I regret that it wasn't retconned as the Troopers Motif in the PT and the later OT films.

Like the Droids Motif and Luke and Leia's Theme it became a one film wonder which is a real shame.

Imagine it with the Imperial March's rhythmic thuds at the end of AOTC and you'd get a hint that the Empire is coming but not quite there yet.

The use of the Droid Army theme for both the Fed droids and the Republican Clones was probably meant to be a clue but seeing as there was no real mystery it just became a bit of a mess.
