I realized soon after posting that, that 1985AA Marty did not die he just went back to 1955AA. You know, the one with Marty prime already running around as Calvin Kelin. What did 1985AA Marty do there? If he traveled back to the same place and time that Marty Prime did... they would have crashed and potentially killed each other. Let's say he arrived moments after Marty prime... How would he not screw that up? And if that Marty ever makes it to 2015, does the same stuff there, and then ends up back in 1955... THERE WOULD BE THREE MARTY's in that 1955!

Or, for a minute, let's assume that he went back to a 1955AA without 1985 Marty in it (so this would be 1955AB). 1985AA Marty grew up with parents that fell in love when George punched Biff at the dance. So, if he went back to 1955 (or AA or AB), he wouldn't know the bit about his dad getting hit by the car, wouldn't push him out of the way, so the regular 1955 would probably progress from that point. Causing 1985AA Marty to return to the future to 1985, not the 1985AA he had left. Which really just means that 1985 Marty and 1985AA Marty switched timelines. With the only possible difference that Doc would still be alive (assuming the letter bit went the same as it did in 1955AA) so I guess that does make it a 1985AB- but the parents would more or less be the same as the ones from 1985 prime.

Man, this Marty would probably not be happy with that present! What would he do? I mean, if Doc comes back the next day with the time machine, wouldn't he insist that he go back to 1955AB to try to get back to 1985AA?
