But it feels great to have a version I can show to my friends and not have them sneer over the quality or being forced to watch the SE.
That's exactly what I mean when I say that you've saved Star Wars. I can now show the film without having to explain about the new additions or crappy transfer or horrible colors and how it's not quite the magical movie I grew up watching. Now I can just put it on and enjoy.
So to everyone who helped with this, thank you so much. It's a shame we can't go out and buy an official release of this film, but thanks to you Star Wars can still be shown as the wonderful masterpiece it originally was instead of the horrible mishmash of junk it's become.
