If you are going to use a FAT32 formatted USB stick to play the AVCHD then you will need to run Harmy's SW through TSMuxer first to split the m2ts file into <4gb chunks. I haven't tried playing AVCHD off a USB stick but i think you just create a folder in the root of the USB named AVCHD and drag the contents of the AVCHD into this
