One of the writers, Matthew Graham, of 'Life on Mars' and 'Ashes to Ashes' semi-leaked that he was on the writing team of the forthcoming SW tv show:
If the show turns out to be about one of Luke's Jedi Academy's Jedi Knights being in an accident and waking up many years prior to the events of The Phantom Menace and while trying to figure out what happened to him also has to learn to cope with his new primitive environment, an asshole Jedi Council, a green pointy eared muppet who has no logical sentence syntax for a boss, ridiculous statements like only Siths dealing in absolutes (which he would try in vain to explain was an absolute itself), and rules that make no sense like there only ever being able to be 2 Sith at once, or that green and blue (and on rare occasions purple or yellow) mean good and red always means bad; then I would TOTALLY watch this show!
Basically a pre 1999 EU era character cast into the craziness that has become the post 2010 PT era. Aw man, it would be brilliant! If anyone wants to animate or direct, I'll get right to work on the script.
