If you had a time machine, wouldn't it be better to go forward in time, get a working lightsaber, and then go back in time and kill Lucas in a more ironic fashion?

Well, technically you need to go back in time, you know it being a long time ago. But it also needs to travel in space, considering it's in a galaxy far, far away...

Time travel is only possible going forward in time anyway.  Jeez don't you guys know anything!

But Star Wars took place in a different galaxy, so going back in time to get a lightsaber may not work (in our galaxy).
