Yes they do, Gundark. The new Final Fantasy move "FF7 Advent Children" is going to play on the PSP discs.
The PSP is also a multimedia device, and from the looks of it, the DS is heavily focused on games.

There have allready been more than 100 announced for it from 40 different developers.
