So is Green another one of your sock's fink, or does this person only want to appear to be one ?

If he was my sock, and socks are not allowed, it would be pretty dumb of me to advertise the connection in my user title.

nah, sky. I'm not a sock account for Frink. There's plenty of evidence that I'm not frink. for instance, I like Doctor Who (well, the old series anyways) and Frink doesn't. Also I'm british and Frank ain't.

And I spell Colour like this.

And I say Tomato like this....

I have been given the gift of Ric by Jay and Moth3r.  This is a known fact.

The Dark Knight

All the Balls in the Universe out of Five

Since they're like poetry, what with the rhyming and all, I find that I only need to watch three out of the six films.

Well it is one of Hitch's worst films. (I'd rank it as just about his worst American film. Yes-I would rather re-watch The Paradine Case or I Confess.) I've studied it countless times, and still after all these years find it highly annoying from a story standpoint. It is merely a technical exercise and nothing more. If the characters were more interesting and developed (more like The Trouble With Harry) then it might be better. I have always hated that this film is really the last Hitchcock film to be noticed by people. Despite their problems even Torn Curtain and Topaz present more challenging ideas.  Marnie is a confused masterpiece. And Frenzy is brilliant.

The Green Hornet. The hornet logo reminded me that I would rather watch the TV series which was a ripoff of William Dozier's other show, Batman. The odd thing is, this movie really could have worked. Especially as a satire that deconstructs our odd fascination with these superheroes.

Like 'Kick-ass' and 'Super'?

I haven't seen 'Super' but I give 'Kick-ass' 8 out of 10 balls.

I really enjoyed Kick-Ass the first time I saw it, but the second time I was surprised at how little I liked it.

The new Blu-ray releases of American Graffiti, and Legend, BOTH looked and sounded GREAT! although the Director's Cut of Legend did not look as good as the US Theatrical Cut.

Yeah too bad the real version of graffiti is not on DVD, or Blu ray, the same with THX 1138.  And We know the original star wars won't be on blu ray either.

I don't like the Lucas revisions with new color timing, cgi or dvnr.

Took last week off to tend to bees and land.  Watched Apollo 13, one of my top ten films.

As always, I give it 5 out of 5 CSMs.

I still think you need to make a bee keeping thread. After my first taste of bee keeping last summer, I feel like it is totally something I could get into.

So are the bees in your backyard? If you have neighbors close by; have they ever expressed issues with you having bees? I hear that is a big issue. Do you get a pretty sizable honey crop each year? Do you keep it for yourself, gift it, or sell it?
