The problem is actually that GL is trying to put his back story to film and flesh out the details @ the same time. Since we have all been living w/ SW for over 25 years, we have already fleshed out those details in the back story in our own minds. As a result, we have our own preconceived notions of how the PT should play out. Since GL's vision is not the same as those notions, we have become disillusioned with the PT. Thus, why it is best to judge the PT on its own merits rather than comparing it with the OT.
