Bounty Hunter is one of the few games that have not exchanged for money, and no doubt would like to see this as a film project.

Yeah, any news about this one Galactus (opps sorry when you have finished eating)?
Sounds fantastic. I don't know if I ever finished the game due to its shonky controls. I still enjoyed it quite a bit though and would love to see this.
This sounds amazing, but no release in 3 years is insane! Any kind of intended release date planned?

Feel free to do it yourself. Some people actually have real lives too.

I don't want to get into any specifics until we're a bit closer to completion, but some pretty exciting things (to me, anyway) are happening with this project! Hopefully fans of this game and those who have been looking forward to this DVD will feel it was worth the long wait when we finally finish it. :)
In lieu of a release date, could you at least give us some of the "specifics" you alluded to in this above quote? It would be a nice gesture to those that have been waiting for any information to escape the vaults. ;)

Sorry for bumping this thread. I was just interested to know if there’s been any further action to make this disk one step closer to being complete, or if it has already been completed? This seems like a great worthwhile project, and I hope it gets finished someday.
UPDATE!!! Sorry everyone for the long period with no information or updates on this project. Until I had something more concrete to report about the status of this collection, or a timeframe on a release, I didn't want to post anything that would just prove to be wrong later.
I've updated the first post of this thread with some details on what this DVD collection has now morphed into. MoveAlong had to drop out of the project some time back due to other commitments. ThrowgnCpr courageously offered to step in and help me finish up. We have actually been working together on it for some time. We're now putting together a three-DVD collection (all on DVD-5's). Discs one and two are going to be two different edits of the main feature, and disc three will be special features and a DVD-ROM archive.
ThrowgnCpr is finishing things up now, and we hope to have this ready soon. I'm really excited that we can finally get this out there!
Awesome! =D
That's great to hear
Well this explains why Throw has been neglecting his duties at FE.org. ;-)

Uh oh....sorry about that. :\
By the way, I think the "Ridiculous Menace" is brilliant. Can't wait for the sequel!
Thanks!
Here's a sneak peek at the cover ThrowgnCpr has designed. Stay tuned!
Oh man. This is looking great. The cover is awesome.
Can't wait!
Keep Circulating the Tapes.
END OF LINE
(It hasn’t happened yet)
I know this is WAY too far into production to make this suggestion... but I had to offer it anyway :P
Have you considered using Dolphin to capture the game in amazingly-well upconverted 1080p glory?
I've seen some pretty impressive upconversions:
Preferred Saga:
1,2: Numeraljoker extended
3: L8wrtr
4,6-9: Hal9000
5: Adywan

The game footage was captured almost 4 1/2 years ago, and the two movie edits are completed. So yeah, it's a little too late to do anything different. :)
I have played around with Dolphin to emulate the game on my PC, and I've never really been able to get it to run satisfactorily. It could be my machine's setup, or that I never really put a lot of effort into configuring Dolphin correctly.
As for the project, discs one and two are completed, and ThrowgnCpr is in the final stages of finishing disc three. We're not going to rush it (no point in doing that after all these years in production), so if it takes a few more months to make everything right, so be it.
Had no idea about this project and I did give this game a try back when it came out but never got to play through the entire thing. Might have to pick up an old Gamecube copy at some stage through Ebay or something (I wonder if the WiiU will be doing a Virtual Console for GC games though).
Nice to learn of the release coming soon though - can't wait! :)
“Did you know, the word ‘gullible’ is not in the dictionary?! Look it up.”
Has 2.0 been released yet? Any updates? Looking forward to it :)
Can we get some clips of the film up in this piece, yo? Homie want some Jango in his life.
Soon. Really. We don't have a release date yet, but we're talking soon. I promise. :)
Wonderful news! I recently developed my interest in this project. Best of luck!
So how's disc three coming along?

ThrowgnCpr is finishing things up. We're pretty close. It's mostly my fault that it's not done, as I found a few more behind the scenes clips to add to disc three, and a few things had to be adjusted to accommodate them. I was also able to upgrade some concept art we had to better quality images, and the slideshows were redone to include those.
I've added a link to our teaser trailer in the first post in this thread. It was put together by ThrowgnCpr. It doesn't show much, but that's why it's a teaser!
Thanks to everyone for your patience. We're in the home stretch, and I think it's going to be great. :)
