There's only one Madison Square Garden, but I was under the impression that it was getting a new name as well. It's been around for... damn... I don't even know.

As for Rexall Place, you do realize that Rexall was recently sold by its original owners (I believe J.C. Penney) to CVS. So Rexall may not exist for much longer as CVS would have to rename them all so they could take the title of #1 pharmacy in terms of retail outlets from Walgreen's. They have more stores now with the Rexall buyout, but it would never really be official until the CVS name is on all of the old Rexalls. So your stadium name may change yet again.
